  3. Mix in strawberry gelatin until evenly incorporated.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until a soft dough forms.

  5. Roll dough into 1-tablespoon balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 1 hour.

  6. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chilled dough balls 2 inches apart and bake for 11–13 minutes.

  7. Let cookies rest 2 minutes, then gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each.
