Ingredients
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 cups white chocolate chips (high cocoa-butter content recommended)
1 cup sugar cookie mix
2 tablespoons butter
½–1 cup Christmas sprinkles
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 dish with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Reduce heat to low. Add the sugar cookie mix and butter, stirring until fully combined and creamy.
Remove from heat and fold in your Christmas sprinkles.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
Add extra sprinkles on top for a festive finish.
Let the fudge set in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours or until firm.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Add sprinkles after removing from heat to prevent melting.
