This Summer Peach Fruit Salad is a refreshing mix of juicy peaches, fresh berries, and a honey-lime dressing. Perfect for picnics, cookouts, or a healthy dessert!
Ingredients
4 fresh ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
Optional Add-Ins:
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ cup toasted almonds or pecans
Extra fresh mint or basil for garnish
Instructions
Wash and dry all fruits. Slice peaches into wedges and strawberries into halves.
In a large bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and chopped mint.
Drizzle dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
Chill for 15–20 minutes in the fridge before serving.
Garnish with optional feta, nuts, or more mint before serving.

Use ripe but firm peaches to avoid mushy texture.
Swap honey with maple syrup or agave for a vegan option.
Add melon, cherries, or pomegranate seeds for extra color and sweetness.
