Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
    • Season with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Let sit for a few minutes.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sear the chicken until golden brown on all sides, then set aside.
