Description

Sweet and Spicy Slow Cooker Meatballs are tender, saucy, and packed with bold flavor. This easy dump-and-go recipe is perfect for parties, game days, or stress-free weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds frozen fully cooked meatballs

  • ½ cup light brown sugar

  • ¼ cup honey

  • 1 cup jalapeño ketchup

  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Sliced green onions or chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, honey, jalapeño ketchup, sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic until smooth.

  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat.

  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.

  5. Stir before serving and garnish with green onions or cilantro if desired.

Notes

Adjust the heat by increasing or decreasing the sriracha.

Regular ketchup can be used if jalapeño ketchup isn’t available.

These meatballs are great served over rice, noodles, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
