Crust
24 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs

8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
Topping
1 cup heavy whipping cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ teaspoon peppermint extract (optional)
Crushed peppermint candies

Instructions
Make the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a pie plate. Bake for 8–10 minutes, then let cool completely.Prepare the Filling:
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add melted white chocolate and peppermint extract, mixing until creamy. Gently fold in whipped topping. Pour filling into cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.Add the Topping:
Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and optional peppermint extract until soft peaks form. Spread or pipe over chilled pie. Garnish with crushed peppermint and white chocolate shavings.
Notes
For a stronger mint flavor, add an extra drop of peppermint extract—but remember, a little goes long way.
