- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works best)
- ½ cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or garlic butter (optional, for brushing base)

- Pickled jalapeños

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with ½ cup BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Place flatbreads on the baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil or garlic butter if desired.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce over each flatbread (optional).
- Sprinkle half the mozzarella and cheddar over the flatbreads.
- Top with BBQ chicken and sliced red onion.
- Add remaining cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with cilantro and optional toppings.
- Slice and serve immediately while hot.
