Description

Create stunning Charcuterie Board Meat Flowers in minutes! Impress your guests with easy-to-make meat flowers that elevate any charcuterie spread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1016 large pepperoni slices (or other thinly sliced meats like salami or prosciutto)

  • Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Set up your glass: Place a glass upside down where you’d like your flower to land. This will help shape the meat into beautiful rosettes.

  2. Start with the first slice of meat: Take your first slice of pepperoni (or other meat) and drape it halfway over the rim of the glass. Gently pinch it down to stick it to the glass.

  3. Layer the meat: Continue layering the slices, overlapping each one slightly, until you have at least two full layers. You can add up to four layers for a fuller flower.

  4. Flip the glass: When you’re satisfied with your flower’s shape, carefully flip the glass over onto the charcuterie board. Twist it slightly, then gently lift the glass to reveal the flower.

  5. Garnish (optional): Add fresh rosemary or herbs for a final touch, if desired.

Notes

The closer you overlap the slices of meat, the denser your flower will be. For a more open look, space the slices further apart.

You can make these ahead of time! Just cover them with plastic wrap and keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to serve.

Experiment with different meats like prosciutto, salami, or even pepperoni for a variety of flavors and looks.
