Description

This Coconut Cream Pie Dip is a creamy, fluffy no-bake dessert made with just 6 simple ingredients. Ready in 10 minutes and chilled to perfection, it tastes just like classic coconut cream pie filling but served as a fun, scoopable party dip. Perfect for holidays, summer gatherings, baby showers, or whenever you need an easy crowd-pleasing treat.

  • 1 (3-ounce) box instant coconut cream pudding mix

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

  • Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish

  • Graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, or banana slices, for serving


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant coconut cream pudding mix and milk for about 2 minutes until very thick. Set aside.

  2. In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add the thawed Cool Whip and mix until fully combined and light.

  4. Fold in the sweetened coconut flakes.

  5. Gently combine the pudding mixture with the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until fully set.

  7. Before serving, sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top and serve with crackers or fresh fruit.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.

For extra flavor, lightly toast the coconut flakes before garnishing.

Chill at least 1 hour for best texture.

Best served cold. Stir gently if making ahead.

Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze.
