Description
Festive, sweet, and incredibly easy, these Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Truffles are the perfect no-bake holiday treat. Fun for parties, gifting, or making with kids!
Ingredients
1 box Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (5 cakes)
8 ounces white chocolate or candy melts
3 tablespoons festive sprinkles
3 tablespoons red candy melts (optional, for drizzling)
Green sanding sugar for decoration
Instructions
Unwrap the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes and place them in a large bowl.
Mix the cakes with a handheld mixer until a soft, crumbly dough forms. Stir in the sprinkles.
Scoop tablespoon portions of the dough and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in the microwave using 30-second increments, stirring in between.
Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing it back on the sheet.
Melt the red candy melts in a piping or zip-top bag using 30-second intervals, massaging between each.
Snip the tip and drizzle red candy melts over the truffles.
Sprinkle with green sanding sugar and chill for a few minutes until set. Enjoy!
Notes
If your dough feels too soft, refrigerate it for 10 minutes before rolling.
Add ½ teaspoon coconut oil to the chocolate if it thickens while melting.
Truffles store well in the fridge for 5 days or freezer for up to 2 months.
