Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a large bowl, combine the onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Place the beef stew meat and optional mushrooms in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Pour the soup mixture over the beef and stir to coat evenly.
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours. Remember, no peeking during cooking!
Once done, remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles for a complete meal.
